Delivering community health services and support for vulnerable families across Uganda.
Program Overview
Good health is the foundation of a thriving community. The Hajjat Mutagubya Foundation is committed to bringing quality healthcare closer to those who need it most — especially in rural and underserved areas of Uganda.
Our Health & Wellbeing Programme delivers a range of services including community health screenings, maternal and child health support, mental health awareness, and targeted assistance for chronically ill patients.
We work in partnership with local health workers, clinics, and community volunteers to ensure that our services are sustainable, culturally sensitive, and genuinely impactful.
"A healthy community is a thriving community. We are committed to bringing healthcare closer to those who need it most."
How We Work
Our mobile health outreach teams travel to remote and underserved communities, bringing essential health services directly to those who cannot access clinics.
We conduct regular health screenings and diagnostics — identifying conditions early and connecting patients with the care and treatment they need.
Through health literacy campaigns, we empower communities with the knowledge to prevent disease, seek timely care, and make informed health decisions.
Your donation helps fund mobile health clinics, screenings, and maternal care for families who would otherwise go without.
